Recently, you staffed a cost controller under the direction of my cost controls manager and she is already a star performer. The team loves her and sees great things coming from her. She has the right sense and temperament to provide a solid support for our upcoming large scale projects.

I am also looking forward to the next engineer who starts within a week. My team re-interviewed him after he came back from his service deployment and liked him even more. That is pretty cool and we have plenty of work for him to step into.
